SubScan collects your name and email address when you sign in with Google. We also temporarily process the bank statement CSV you upload to detect subscription charges. We do not store your raw bank statement data — only the detected subscription names and amounts are saved.
Your name and email are used to identify your account and display your name on the dashboard. Detected subscription data is stored to show you your subscription history across sessions. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data in any way.
Your CSV file is processed on our servers to detect recurring charges. The raw file is never stored — only the subscription names and amounts extracted from it are saved to your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use Google OAuth for authentication. We only request access to your name and email address. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google services.
Your account data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
SubScan uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, contact us at the email below. We will process your request within 7 business days.
